From his years in college, immediately followed by five years in the Marine Corps and now in his role at HCL, Kyle has continually strived to make the world a better place through his actions and business endeavors. As Executive Director of Sales, Kyle's leadership capabilities and skills are evident on a daily basis. He is innovative, driven and willing to go above and beyond for his fellow team members and customers. Kyle, his wife Kellie and their three children live on a large farm in Hamler, OH. Kyle splits his time at home between being a dad and the local farrier, or horse shoer. For the last 10 years, he has run Kyle Sharpe Horse Shoeing and has been known to take HCL sales calls from the barn. He is a true entrepreneur at heart.
