Diana Starkey understands the pain points HCL’s customers face every day. She’s been handling them from multiple angles for the past 17 years. Now assigned to the role of Sales Support Team Manager, she looks forward to new challenges.

“The Sales Support team is the oil that helps the sales team run smoothly behind the scenes,” she said. “We work to create helpful content for the Sales team.”

She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University and her associate degree in Business Management from Columbus State. Her previous roles at HCL include Account Manager Hospital, Account Manager National Chain, Account Manager Retail Drug Stores and Sales Manager.

“As a people person, I love to work with all types of our customers and all their projects.”

Starkey enjoys gardening, baking and any sports involving her two boys. She looks forward to overnight stays with her family in uncommon accommodations. Some of their favorite stays include the star cruiser at Disney, a treehouse and a caboose! Two dogs, Cody and Sailor, round out the family.

Fun fact: She has no favorite color.
